Flau'jae Johnson is quickly establishing her name in the music industry. Besides basketball, she has also achieved success as a rapper, with BET noticing her emergence in the industry by naming her the BET Amplified Artist of the Month for October.

Earlier today, she took to Instagram, sharing a post signifying key moments in her journey as a musician.

Her post caught the eye of renowned rapper Quavo, who had just one word in response to Johnson.

"Trimm," said Quavo.

The first of the three clips was from her appearance in Season 3 of "The Rap Game" when she was just 13 years old. She performed in front of Jermaine Dupri, who was impressed with her effort on the day.

The next video was from her audition for "America's Got Talent" in 2018, where Chris Hardwick pressed his golden buzzer for her.

The final clip was from her latest song "Came Out a Beast," where she collaborated with five-time Grammy winner Lil' Wayne. With over 2.4 million views since she released the video in August, the song's music video is the most-watched video on her YouTube channel.

Flau'jae Johnson honors her father in emotional post

While urging her 1.9 million followers to never give up, Flau'jae Johnson also thanked them for their support. She also believed her father, famed rapper Camoflauge, would've been proud of her.

"Thank yall for supporting me through it all," Johnson wrote. "I hope my story inspires yall to never stop dreaming this ride has been so incredible and it’s only beginning. I know my father is proud of me."

Flau'jae Johnson is arguably one of the most popular players in women's college basketball. Per the latest update on On3, she's the sole highest NIL-valued women's college basketball athlete, breaking a long stalemate she had with UConn Huskies star Paige Bueckers.

With the 2024-25 season just weeks away, Johnson will be keen to produce a strong junior season for the LSU Tigers.
