South Carolina’s Bree Hall reacts to LeBron James' edit to LiAngelo Ball’s latest song after vibing on it with Dawn Staley

The South Carolina Gamecocks and guard Bree Hall are the latest sportspersons to join in the LiAngelo Ball hype train. The former NBA player's new song, "Tweaker," released under his rap alias "G3," is going viral as videos pour in of NFL and NBA locker rooms dancing to the song.

Bree Hall shared an edit of LeBron James seemingly vibing to the song via her Instagram story on Tuesday.

"🤣🤣🤣🤣," she added to the story.

Hall's post comes hours after she was seen grooving to the song with South Carolina coach Dawn Staley and her teammates. In the video posted by Overtime WBB, Staley said:

"That's some old school stuff. He really slowed it down for us."

Staley also acknowledged that she did not know the words apart from "WOOOOAHHHOOOOO." However, she praised LiAngelo Ball:

"Gelo, that's alright. That's alright."

"Gelo’s new song reminds Coach Dawn of the early 2000s😮‍💨," the caption read.

Bree Hall sends her virtual support for Ashlyn Watkins after season-ending injury

During Sunday's 95-68 win over the Mississippi State Bulldogs, forward Ashlyn Watkins sustained a torn ACL, ending her junior season. The Gamecocks shared the news with fans on Tuesday via Instagram. Bree Hall shared the post to her story and wrote:

"Bounce back ab to be insane."

Hall was not the only player to support Watkins as MiLaysia Fulwiley and Raven Johnson also joined in. The forward averaged 7.2 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 14 games as she missed the season opener due to suspension.

Watkins was arrested in August on charges of first-degree assault and battery and kidnapping. She was cleared to join the team after completing a pre-trial intervention program.

Bree Hall and the South Carolina Gamecocks (14-1, 2-0 Southeastern Conference) have a tough stretch ahead with back-to-back games against their SEC rivals.

No. 2 South Carolina will take on Texas A&M first (8-6, 1-1) on Thursday. On Sunday, the Gamecocks face No. 5 Texas (15-1, 2-0) followed by No. 18 Alabama (15-1, 2-0) on Jan 16. Games against No. 10 Oklahoma (13-2, 1-1), No. 6 LSU (17-0, 2-0) and No. 16 Tennessee (13-1, 1-1) wrap up January for South Carolina.

With a key piece like Watkins missing from the roster, the tipoff could get hard for Hall and Co. as they are already struggling with inconsistency issues. Hall is averaging 6.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.0 assists in her senior season.
