Hailey Van Lith is just a couple of weekends away from playing her fifth and final college season, following her move from the LSU Tigers to the TCU Horned Frogs. Before the big debut, the guard enjoyed some time off, attending Canadian rapper Kaytranada's 'Timeless Tour' concert on Thursday.

Van Lith posted an image from the show on her Instagram story with the caption:

After four years of college, with three at Louisville and one at LSU, Hailey Van Lith was expected to move to the WNBA in May. However, an underwhelming senior season with the Tigers led the guard to reconsider her plans and exercise her additional eligibility year.

“I did think about it and that’s what I wanted to do. That’s always been my dream, is four years in college,” Van Lith said. “I didn’t want to take that fifth year. I think I was ready for that next level; (but) the more I talked to people around the league and people who know me really well, there is no reason to rush."

Hailey Van Lith enjoyed an incredible summer, however, as she participated in the Paris Summer Olympics representing Team USA in the 3x3 Women's basketball games. The guard won a bronze medal in first appearance at the Olympics.

Hailey Van Lith to co-represent TCU at Big 12 Media Day

Per reports, Hailey Van Lith will join Sedona Prince and Madison Conner as the three-player representatives for TCU Women's Basketball at Big 12 Media Day on Oct. 22. Although she could have stayed with the Tigers for her final season, Van Lith said she entered the transfer portal and chose TCU for a specific reason.

“It was all a really good fit for me, and I felt really comfortable when I came for my visit," she said. "It was kind of a no-brainer. I wanted a year of college where I loved where I was at, and I loved who I was around, and I loved who I was when I was there.”

Hailey Van Lith will hope to better her prospects before the WNBA draft in 2025. She will play her first game for the Horned Frogs on Nov. 5 against Houston Christian.
