TCU Horned Frogs star Sedona Prince has taken to her Instagram to celebrate her dog's first birthday.
The female basketball player shared a post on her story as she showered love and praise on her loyal dog.
She added a caption in the post saying, "This dog genuinely saved my life. Happy first birthday Beau."
The center expressed her deep gratitude and love for her dog, Beau, by stating that he "genuinely saved" her life. This heartfelt statement suggests that Beau played a significant role in helping Prince through a difficult time, perhaps providing emotional support or comfort during a challenging period.
She wished her dog, Beau, a happy first birthday, marking a milestone in the young pup's life. The birthday message acknowledges the joy that the dog has brought her life.
Sedona and the Horned Frogs' season
Prince is playing very well for the TCU Hornball Frogs team this season. She has averaged 19.1 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 61.2 FG% per game.
In the Horned Frogs' previous game against Oklahoma State Cowgirls, Prince scored 22 points, grabbed 13 rebounds, and one assist.
However, despite Prince's performance, the Horned Frogs eventually lost by a single point, 60-59. They won the first two quarters (16-20, 8-19), but failed to build off it in the third and fourth quarters, which they lost (16-9, 20-11).
Despite the loss against the Cowgirls on Thursday, the TCU Horned Frogs women's basketball team remains at the top of the Big 12. This is a testament to their impressive performance throughout the season, which has seen them dominate most of their opponents.
The Horned Frogs have been on a remarkable run, winning 24 games and losing just two in their last 26 outings this season.
TCU faces the Baylor Lady Bears in their next game and will look to get back to their winning ways and stay at the top of the conference standings.
