The 25th-ranked UConn Huskies were able to hang onto their lead as they walked away with a 76-65 road win against the Texas Longhorns. The Huskies were able to play well offensively and were led by Alex Karaban’s 21 points as he was one of four UConn players in double figures.

The UConn Huskies had an explosive offensive game as the team was able to go 28-of-54 (51.9%) from the floor, 9-of-20 (45.0%) from beyond the arc, and 11-of-16 (68.8%) from the charity stripe.
The team was able to do incredibly well cleaning the glass with 39 total rebounds as they had 13 offensive and 26 defensive. The team passed the basketball to the open man with 21 assists on 28 made shots and scored 38 points in the paint. Defensively, the Huskies recorded five steals and four blocks throughout the game.
