The Duke Blue Devils' No. 1 recruit Cooper Flagg is set to make one of the most anticipated debuts in college basketball in the upcoming 2024-25 season. It seems like, apart from his basketball skills, Flagg is also a talented golfer.
Golf Pass posted a video of the forward flexing his swing skills, which Cooper Flag reposted on his Instagram story.
"299 yards for (Cooper Flagg) Thanks for stopping by!," the caption read.

On The Brotherhood Podcast with Caleb Foster, Cooper Flagg opened up about his golfing experience.
“I’m really getting into golf. I started a year and a half ago, and I kind of fell in love with it, I don’t know why,” Flagg said (via Bangor Daily News).
“It’s kind of my safe space — something I can get away to, whether it’s by myself or with a couple of friends. I just get to relax and can get competitive with it.”
As he continues to hone his golf skills, Flagg is also training hard for his college debut with his Duke teammates.
Cooper Flagg is voted the best player by coaches
The Flagg hype train began right from his high school days when the forward displayed his exceptional skills, even at an international level. As part of Team USA at the 2022 FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup, Flagg led the team to a gold medal and was named the MVP.
Furthermore, in the summer, the forward impressed with his performances during the scrimmage for Team USA's Olympics practice sessions in July.
In an anonymous poll run by Gary Parrish and Matt Norlander of CBS Sports with over 100 NCAA DI basketball coaches, nearly 36% voted for Flagg, naming him the best player in college basketball ahead of the 2024-25 season.
"Cooper Flagg will ultimately be the best player in college basketball next season, one of the coaches said (via Bleacher Report). "He has all the ability and I think his confidence level is super high coming in. Playing against the USA team this summer and not backing down to those guys will give him an extra edge from the start.
"If I had to place a wager on the player of the year, I would actually go with Hunter Dickinson, but I think Flagg will be the best player and the guy that half of the NBA is trying to tank for next year."
With Duke's last NCAA championship win coming in 2015, fans believe Flagg will lead the Blue Devils to their sixth title win.
