Kentucky Wildcats star Reed Sheppard is ready to slay the 2024 NBA draft day in a sophisticated suit. As per an Instagram story uploaded by the NBA, Sheppard was seen showing off his sage-colored suit comprising a blazer, same-colored pants, a white shirt, a red-soled shoe and a dazzling diamond tennis bracelet.

Reed also added a watch to the look. The Wildcats star shined in his outfit and looked draft-ready.

As is the custom, Reed Sheppard was available for interviews as part of the NBA draft coverage.

Reed Sheppard names his favorite Kentucky Wildcats players ahead of the 2024 NBA draft

A high lottery pick in this year's NBA draft, Sheppard joins a slew of talented Wildcats players who have made their mark in the professional league. The 20-year-old Kentucky native has been a lifelong fan of the university's basketball program and the players it has produced.

When asked about his all-time favorite Kentucky player, he gave an unorthodox answer.

“All-time? One of my favorites is Tyler Ulis. And that was really cool this year because he was on staff so I was able — he was able to kind of coach me throughout the year,” Sheppard said, as per On3 Sports.

Ulis was part of the Wildcats staff and could forge a relationship with Sheppard. Despite forming a close bond with him, Reed Sheppard mentioned other great players he admire.

“But you have so many great players that play at Kentucky,” Sheppard said. “Devin Booker’s one that I really like to watch, Karl Anthony-Towns. And it’s cool for me because I have pictures with them from when I was a little kid. So I’ve been watching them forever, so it’ll be really cool to play against them.”

As per CBS Sports, Sheppard can go third in the 2024 NBA draft to the Houston Rockets via the Brooklyn Nets. Are you excited to see Reed's reaction to getting his name called on his special night? Let us know your thoughts in the discussion box.
