Last-Tear Poa is basking in the time off she has before her junior season begins in the fall. The LSU guard was in attendance at the Tigers vs. South Alabama Jaguars football game on Saturday. She shared a boomerang video of her outfit, a black top and grey shorts, on her Instagram story with the caption:

"Game day 🏈"

Poa also shared videos of the pregame dance from LSU Tigers students:

Last-Tear Poa is a Melbourne, Australia, native, and she moved to Baton Rouge in 2022. Sophomore season was her best year with the Tigers, as she averaged 4.9 points, 1.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.1 steals

Besides her on-court performance, Poa is beloved by her LSU teammates. During Thursday's episode of Flau'jae Johnson's "Best of Both Worlds" podcast, the guard spoke to guest Mikaylah Williams and described Poa as the nicest person she has ever met.

"Poa is like the nicest person, and it's like all the time. She's never not nice. She one of them friends like, see me and you, we not like affectionate friends. Poa the type of friend, 'I love you so much.' [in an Australian accent]," Johnson said.

Last-Tear Poa and Flau'jae Johnson are all ready for the new season

With the 2024-25 season just one month away, the LSU Tigers are back in game mode as they prepare for a new campaign. The team shared pictures from the media day with the players looking fierce and ready to take on the new challenge.

"Tigers On The Prowl," the caption read.

This year will be different for the Tigers, who are without the presence of Angel Reese. Apart from her on-court skills, Reese was a huge presence on the hardwood and was one of the biggest crowd-pullers.

However, it looks like LSU coach Kim Mulkey is not worried about the void left by the Chicago Sky rookie, as she is confident others will take over.

"I don't think there was pressure, even when Angel was here. Each kid just has a different personality," Mulkey said (via The Advertiser). "I've told you many times, I've coached some big personalities.
"Somebody in this bunch will probably have a big personality. It might not be in comparison to Angel. But personalities just kind of rise to the top when they get comfortable. It comes with confidence, it comes with being older."
