LSU star Flau'jae Johnson recently released her new rap song called, "Pop It." She teased the release on Instagram before officially announcing it on the platform. Later, she shared a video on her IG story where she was seen getting a tattoo.

She got "IV" inked on her wrist, since her single "Big 4 Anthem" has surpassed one million streams, making it one of the most important hit songs in her discography. To celebrate, she chose to tattoo the number four in Roman numerals.

Before dropping her latest hip-hop track, Flau'jae Johnson said a few words about her studio project on X. She talked about her new album, "Best of Both Worlds," which is coming out on June 28th.

"I am so excited to let y’all into my world," she wrote. "Juggling music and basketball hasn’t been the easiest journey for me, but it has definitely been the most rewarding. I love you all. This Project is gonna Change My Life and I can’t wait to experience this journey with y’all on June 28th.
“But for now I dropped ‘Pop It’ which is on the project so y’all can have something to listen to until it drops!! It’s out on ALL platforms and you might see a little surprise on the project when you go stream ‘Pop It.’”

Along with her passion for music and basketball, the LSU star is known for her love of talking. Therefore, she also announced the upcoming release of her podcast.

Flau'jae Johnson once rated LSU HC Kim Mulkey's stylish outfits

Kim Mulkey's outfits have often been conversation starters, thanks to her sparkly and stylish ensembles at games and media conferences. Thus, Flau'jae Johnson was asked to rate her head coach's outfit on "The Burner Show" podcast.

Her favorite Mulkey outfit was the one the coach wore in the NCAA final game in 2023.

"She ate this one. Coach, you ate this one. I know I've been talking trash this whole interview, but you ate this. This is 10/10," Johnson said.

As Flau'jae Johnson returns to college to play for the LSU Tigers, she will look to juggle her rapping career with her pursuit of a national basketball title with the team.
