Under Armour, the giant sportswear brand, has teamed up with the Miami Hurricanes’ Cavinder twins, Hanna and Haley, and other influencers to help student-athletes gear up for their first day of school. In an Instagram video shared by Under Armour, the influencers guided the young student-athletes through their showroom, picking out shoes, jackets, T-shirts, hoodies, and more.
The Cavinder twins were front and center, showing off their fashion sense while posing confidently in their chosen outfits. Fellow influencers Von-Tay and James Everett Jr. were also there to lend a helping hand.
The event highlighted the brand's cool factor, making the students feel stylish and self-assured as they prepared for school.
The Cavinder twins have made waves in the name, image, and likeness (NIL) era, securing deals with brands like Boost Mobile and WWE, and even co-founding their clothing line, Baseline Team.
After a brief departure from Miami, the twins are returning to the University of Miami women's basketball team for the 2024-25 season. Haley, who had initially committed to TCU, decided to rejoin her sister at Miami.
Miami’s Cavinder twins set to leave a mark in final year
The Cavinder twins landed their first exclusive apparel and footwear deal with Under Armour in July. This three-year partnership is a big step for the 23-year-old sisters from Arizona.
Hanna Cavinder said about the partnership,
“We’ve been fans of Under Armour for as long as I can remember. From the moment we met with the team, we felt like a part of their family,” Hanna said via Under Armour. “They really understand the needs of athletes, and I’m excited to see how they merge their legacy in performance wear with streetstyle.”
The twin sisters are gearing up for their fifth and final year of college hoops at the University of Miami, where they hope to lead their team to more success.
“This is a really exciting opportunity for us to take on together, especially as we enter our last year of collegiate eligibility at the University of Miami,” Haley said. “All eyes are on women’s basketball right now, and having the support of Under Armour as we take on our final season feels like a dream.”
According to On3, Hanna’s valuation stands at $852,000, ranking her fourth in college women’s basketball, while Haley’s valuation is $895,000, placing her third.
