South Carolina Gamecocks guard MiLaysia Fulwiley and her girlfriend, JaMeesia Ford, brought the fun to TikTok. The duo posted a lighthearted dance routine on Monday. In the clip, they showed off their chemistry and synchronized moves, capturing the playful side of both athletes.

MiLaysia Fulwiley, a sophomore at South Carolina, has made a name for herself on and off the court. Known for her undeniable talent, Fulwiley has become a fan favorite for her vibrant personality. Partnering with Ford in the TikTok, Fulwiley gave her fans a glimpse into her life outside of basketball.

The 2024 SEC tournament MVP and McDonald’s All-American is one of the most highly rated recruits in her class and already making waves in South Carolina’s program.

JaMeesia Ford is the 2024 NCAA 200-meter indoor champion and the national U-20 indoor record holder over 200 meters.

Steph Curry praises South Carolina's MiLaysia Fulwiley

NBA star Steph Curry sees something special in South Carolina guard MiLaysia Fulwiley. The Golden State Warriors guard believes Fulwiley has the talent and mindset to become the next great college basketball player.

Despite coming off the bench for a stacked South Carolina team led by coach Dawn Staley, Fulwiley’s potential is undeniable. Speaking to the Greenville (South Carolina) News, Curry highlighted what sets Fulwiley apart: her raw talent paired with a relentless drive to improve.

“She knows she’s good, but there’s humility, too,” Curry said. “She knows she has a lot more to do and can get a lot better.
"I like that combination. There are things you can’t teach with her ball handling, speed, athleticism, the way she sees the game. She’s fearless.”

Curry’s belief in Fulwiley goes beyond just words. His sportswear brand, Curry Brand, signed the sophomore guard to an NIL deal, making her the first college player to represent the brand. This endorsement highlights Curry’s confidence in Fulwiley’s ability to make a lasting impact both on and off the court.

“That’s her story, that’s the cool part,” Curry added. “Everyone has a different journey, and she has such a unique perspective in the game.
"It’s very similar to a Devin Booker story, a player who was part of a championship-caliber college team but had a sixth-man role, like MiLaysia. I think the sky’s the limit for her.”

In her second season with the Gamecocks, Fulwiley is averaging 10.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 17.7 minutes per game.
