The friendship between UConn stars Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd is no secret. The duo was spotted in Los Angeles, California, on Saturday, participating in a meet-and-greet session by Madison Reed.

The hair color company invited fans to a special event to celebrate the launch of new ColorWonder products. Brand ambassadors Bueckers and Fudd interacted with fans at The Shops at Sportsmen's Lodge in LA.

During the event, a fan captured a clip of the two Huskies. Paige Bueckers can be seen nodding her head in approval when the fan pointed at Fudd.

Only those fans who attended the event between 2 PM to 4 PM had a chance to meet the UConn stars. Madison Reed also shared an Instagram post showing Paige and Azzi having fun interacting with the crowds.

"We’re LIVE from @shopsatsportsmenslodge. The meet and greet with our Brand Ambassadors, @paigebueckers and @azzi35 has begun!" the post read.

Bueckers and Azzi have been playing together at Connecticut for three years, during which they reached the NCAA championship game once.

Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd make it to top five in ESPN's first mock draft

ESPN released its initial WNBA mock draft for 2025 last week, with Bueckers and Fudd anticipated to be among the top five picks. The two-time Big East Player of the Year was projected to go first overall to the Los Angeles Sparks. Fudd was projected to be the fourth overall pick, going to the Washington Mystics.

In this year's draft projections, picks were initially focused on Caitlin Clark and Cameron Brink with Bueckers as a top-three pick as well; however, she surprised many by choosing to forego the draft and opting to return for her senior year of play instead.

Paige Bueckers averaged 21.9 points and 5.2 rebounds last season, while Fudd recorded 15.1 points in her sophomore year.

The Minnesota native had to sit out an year because of an ACL tear. Likewise, Fudd suffered an ACL injury during a practice session, ruling her out last season.
