The eighth-ranked Kentucky Wildcats dominated the BBN Invitational on Tuesday evening, winning 87-68 over the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. Andrew Carr and Otega Oweh each scored 18 points. The game was not close, and the Wildcats continue to look like one of the top teams in the country.

The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers had a tough offensive game as they finished 21-of-66 (31.8%) overall, 4-of-26 (15.4%) from beyond the arc, and 22-of-29 (75.9%) from the charity stripe. They were able to corral misses at a good level with 41 total rebounds (12 offensive, 29 defensive).
The team pushed the pace with 23 fastbreak points but also turned the ball over 11 times. The defense was able to do some good with seven steals and three blocks.

The Wildcats are the better team and proved it with this performance.
