The Cavinder Twins, Haley and Hanna, have established themselves as two of the most popular athletes not just in women's college basketball, but in all of college sports. While they have enthralled audiences across the nation with their performances on the court, they have also amassed a huge fan following on social media.
A key feature of their immense social media activity is the involvement of their family in their content. Amid the ongoing holiday season, the Cavinder Twins entertained their 4.5 million followers on TikTok by sharing a video of their household on Monday, where they revealed a huge secret to their father, Tom Cavinder.
With the family reunited for the holidays, Hanna and Haley Cavinder showed off their tattoos to their father, which they had kept from him for some time. After seeing them, Tom questioned why they decided to get inked.
"What the f**k is wrong with you? What is wrong with you?" Tom said.
Initially, they tried to shift the focus to their mother, Katie Cavinder, by bringing up their tattoo, before Haley revealed that she got inked during her freshman year of college. She also highlighted the struggles they went through to keep it hidden from Tom, especially during family trips on their boat.
While Tom seemed slightly infuriated, the twins' three sisters, Brooke, Brandi and Natalie enjoyed the chaos that ensued in the Cavinder household.
The Cavinder Twins surprise their parents with a lavish Christmas gift
On Monday, Hanna and Haley Cavinder took to Instagram to show how they surprised their parents, Tom and Katie, with a special Christmas present. The twins, ranked among the top five NIL earners in women's college basketball per On3, spent approximately $10,000 to get a 2025 Evolution D5 Maverick Plus 4 golf cart for them, which they named the "Cavinder Cruiser."
The Cavinder Twins have made a strong comeback to college basketball with the Miami Hurricanes, powering them to 11 wins in their opening 12 games this season.
Across those games, Haley Cavinder averaged 18.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 4.9 assists, while Hanna recorded 7.8 ppg, 3.2 rpg and 4.5 apg.
Following two convincing victories over Nevada and Oregon State in the Maui Classic, Miami will host No. 17-ranked North Carolina in their first ranked matchup of the season on Sunday.
