Paige Bueckers and UConn routed Oregon State 71-52 in the Bahamas on Monday. Some college basketball fans watching the game noticed a player on the Beavers' team who looked strikingly similar to TCU's Hailey Van Lith.
They were referring to Oregon State sophomore guard Kennedie Shuler, who bears a resemblance to Van Lith. Fans on X/Twitter made jokes about their similarities as Oregon State faced No.2 UConn.

Kennedie Shuler is a 5-foot-10 athlete, whereas Hailey Van Lith, a senior point guard for the Horned Frogs stands 5-foot-7. In the loss to the Huskies, Shuler scored 5 points, contributed 4 assists, and recorded 4 steals. Her stats through five games this season read 10.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game.
Meanwhile, Van Lith put up another fine performance for TCU — she posted 27 points and five rebounds in TCU's win over Idaho State on Sunday.

UConn senior guard Paige Bueckers had another stellar performance on Monday against the Oregon State Beavers.
Bueckers led the way for the Huskies in the opening round of the Baha Mar Women’s Championship in the Bahamas. She finished the night with a game-high 23 points, six assists and three rebounds in 29 minutes of action as UConn continued their perfect start to the season with a 71-52 victory over Oregon State.

With the Monday win, UConn advanced to the Baha Mar Championship final where they will face the No. 18 Ole Miss Rebels on Wednesday night. The Rebels defeated Boston College 92-55 in the other semifinal matchup to set up the championship showdown at Baha Mar Convention Center.
