The second-ranked South Carolina Gamecocks dominated with a 93-47 home win over the Wofford Terriers, thanks to a massive fourth quarter. The Gamecocks depended on five players, including three players off the bench, and scored 11+ points throughout the game.

The Terriers (6-5) have now dropped to 1-5 on the road this season and need to figure out how to do better going forward. The Gamecocks (12-1) remain undefeated at home and need to figure out how to be more consistent offensively as they dominated on the defensive side of things.

Wofford vs. South Carolina Game Summary

The Terriers were unable to get much going offensively as the team finished shooting 15-of-71 (21.1%) from the floor, 7-of-29 (24.1%) from the 3-point line, and 10-of-10 (100.0%) from the free-throw line. Wofford did a great job crashing the glass as they had 41 total rebounds (19 offensive, 22 defensive) while getting seven steals and three blocks on the defensive side.

The offense did a good job of passing the basketball with eight assists but had 16 turnovers in the game. The offense struggled with only three fast break points and 12 points in the paint. The Terriers never held the lead at any point in the game and need to do a lot better going forward.
