Pop Isaacs plays as a college basketball guard for the Creighton Bluejays in the Big East Conference, as of January 2025. Isaacs began his collegiate basketball career with the Texas Tech Red Raiders in 2022. During his freshman season with the Red Raiders, he averaged 11.5 points, 2.7 assists, and made an impact with his shooting ability, finishing third among freshmen in the Big 12 Conference with 2.5 made three-pointers per game. He scored in double figures in 16 of the 24 games he played that season, including standout performances such as a season-high 24 points against Nicholls and 23 points against No. 10 Texas. In his sophomore year, Isaacs averaged 15.8 points per game while leading Texas Tech in scoring. In late 2023, Isaacs transferred to Creighton University to continue his college basketball journey with the Creighton Bluejays under head coach Greg McDermott. As per his roster on the official Creighton Bluejays website, Isaacs is a junior, as of the 2024-25 season and is majoring in Communication.

Pop Isaacs hails from Las Vegas, Nevada, and was born on August 24, 2003, to parents Rick Isaacs and Jennifer Kelley. According to a report on the official Texas Tech Red Raiders website, Pop Isaacs spent his formative years in California and made the move to Nevada with his family during his sixth grade. Pop learned the game by spending time at the "H Squad", which was a club program based in Los Angeles, where his father would coach.
