
Pop Isaacs is an American basketball power forward who transferred to the Creighton Bluejays after playing two seasons with Texas Tech. He started playing high school basketball at Coronado High School but spent his sophomore and junior years at Wasatch Academy before returning to Coronado during his senior year. In his junior season, Isaacs tallied 14.1 points and 2.4 assists per game. As a senior, he averaged 23 points and five rebounds per game and was the recipient of the Southern Nevada Offensive Player of the Year award.
Following his prep career, Pop Isaacs embarked on his collegiate basketball journey with Texas Tech over Division I offers from Arizona State, Arkansas, California, Florida State, Iowa, LSU, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Duke, and many others. During his freshman season, Isaacs saw action in 25 games and posted 287 points and 51 rebounds in his rookie season.
