The TCU Horned Frogs represent the Texas Christian University in women's basketball. The TCU Horned Frogs began competing at the varsity level in 1977. The team competes in the Big 12 Conference and has been three-time conference tournament and regular season champions.
The TCU Horned Frogs have made nine NCAA tournament appearances, as of January 2025. Legendary coach, Jeff Mittie led the Frogs to three regular season championships, and nine NCAA Tournament appearances and is the most winningest coach in the program’s history with 303 wins.

Mark Campbell has been the head coach of the TCU Horned Frogs women’s basketball team since 2023. He joined the program after a two-year stint at Sacramento State where he led them to the Big Sky regular and tournament championship in 2023.
Campbell also had a seven-year assistant coaching tenure at Oregon where he was known as the nation’s highly-credited recruiter. He also made coaching stops at Saint Mary’s, Pepperdine, and his alma mater Clackamas Community College.

Associate Head Coach
Xavier Lopez is the associate head coach of the TCU Horned Frogs women’s basketball program. He began his second year as associate head coach at TCU and spent two seasons under Campbell as an associate head coach at Sacramento State. He also spent six years as an assistant coach with the Oregon Ducks.
Minyon Moore, Nia Jackson, Nolan Wilson, and Jessie Craig are the assistant coaches of the TCU Horned Frogs basketball team. Minyon Moore is in her second season as an assistant coach after joining Campbell’s coaching staff in the summer of 2023. Before joining TCU, she served as an assistant coach at Sacramento State from 2021-2023 under Mark Campbell.
Nia Jackson entered her second year as a TCU assistant coach and had coaching stops at Grand Canyon and Boise State.
Nolan Wilson joined TCU in the summer of 2024 and spent the last three seasons with the Washington Huskies.
Jessie Craig has entered her second season as an assistant coach with the program. She is also the Director of Operations and leads day-to-day operations of the TCU women’s basketball team.
