The Texas Longhorns women’s basketball team represents the University of Texas in collegiate basketball. The team competes in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and has been a member since the 2024-25 season.

Elena Lovato is the associate head coach on Vic Schaefer’s coaching staff. She has entered her third season in this position and was also a part of Schaefer’s staff during his tenure at Mississippi State.
Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton and Blair Schaefer are the assistant coaches of the Texas Longhorns women’s basketball team. Lindsay is in her third season with the program and is also the recruiting coordinator. She earned coaching stops at Boston College and Wisconsin.
