USC star JuJu Watkins engages in offseason conditioning with her latest stomach massage series, shares video via IG story

JuJu Watkins, a 6-foot-2 USC guard, incorporates various forms of exercise involving physical and mental discipline into her daily training regimen. On Tuesday, she shared a video on her Instagram story of herself doing a stomach massage.

Watkins is currently participating in offseason training with the USC Trojans. She is also working on various conditioning techniques to enhance her performance on the court. Stefania Uche Okolie, her fitness trainer, shared a video of Watkins giving herself a stomach massage, which Watkins later reposted on her own Instagram.

Additionally, the USC guard posted a video of herself doing a Pilates exercise last week. Her immense success in her freshman year of college can be credited to her commitment to conditioning exercises.

JuJu Watkins, a five-star guard, committed to USC in November 2022 and made her debut with the Trojans a year later. She scored 32 points against Ohio State in her first college game and ended the season with 920 points, breaking a freshman scoring record previously set by Tina Hutchinson.

Warkins guided USC to victory in the Pac-12 Tournament and helped them reach the Elite Eight in the 2024 NCAA Tournament. She averaged 27.1 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.3 steals per game.

JuJu Watkins makes Adele impression during Lynx-Sparks game

The California native was in the house during a WNBA game between the Minnesota Lynx and Los Angeles Sparks on Tuesday. She was cheering for the home team at Crypto.com Arena.

Brie Lewerke, a sports photographer, shared a video of JuJu Watkins making a face and said it looked like what British singer Adele did.

"JuJu Watkins was really giving the Adele energy on the LA Sparks broadcast cam," Lewerke wrote in the caption.

The footage of Watkins' facial expression was captured by the broadcasting crew while they were introducing her to the TV audience. She also commented on the topic through an Instagram story, adding a skull emoji at the end.

Watkins has been working hard to support and promote women in sports through different projects. Following her trip to the 2024 Cannes Festival, she partnered with Meta AI to promote young, underprivileged female athletes.
