Mike Nardi, a four-year starter at guard for the Wildcats from 2003-07, has been an integral part of the coaching staff since 2015. Elevated to the position of Assistant Coach in 2018, Nardi has witnessed and contributed to Villanova's successes, including four BIG EAST regular seasons, four BIG EAST Tournaments, three NCAA Final Fours, and two NCAA national championships

Dwayne Anderson II, a 2009 Villanova graduate and former team captain, assumed the role of Assistant Coach in June 2021. Anderson's coaching journey started as the Wildcats' Director of Basketball Operations, and his dedication led to his position. His tenure overlapped with the hiring of Kyle Neptune as head coach in April 2022, marking a significant transition for the Wildcats.
