Watch: French Montana and Druski try their hand at basketball at thrilling NYvsNY event

French Montana, a Moroccan-American rapper pulled up alongside comedian Druski at the annual Nike NYvsNY basketball event in New York. The two took turns to show their hoop skills during the boys' final game on Monday at Emily Warren Roebling Plaza.

A video posted by @nbafuturestartsnow went viral on Instagram, showing the two celebrities throwing 3s while the crowd cheered them on.

French Montana also shared the clip on his Instagram and fans went wild on the comments section.

"Aye why the jumpers lowkey look nice tho," one fan wrote.

"The edit game crazy them boys both missed 100 shots before they made 1," one fan hilariously mocked the editor.

Watson defeated Gersh Park 76-66 to win the NY vs NY championship on the night. Kayden Mingo, Keyshuan Tillery, and Ben Ahmed were crucial for Watson as they clinched their first-ever NY vs NY title. NBA legend Carmelo Anthony's son Kiyan Anthony was also in the game playing for Gersh.

French Montana and Druski watched the whole game sitting together at the courtside. The two have previously collaborated on Druski’s show In the Kitchen. They teamed up to whip up some breakfast in a June 2023 episode of the comedy series.

"I feel like Al Pacino when he made Scarface ... when Michael Jordan came out of North Carolina and grabbed that basketball," the New York rap star said displaying his cooking skills on the show.

French Montana's 'Gotta See It To Believe It Tour' is going strong

One of the highly anticipated concert events of the year, French Montana's 'Gotta See It To Believe It Tour' kicked off on August 1 at Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, Connecticut.

It will crisscross North America, making a total of ten stops along the way, with the final show scheduled for August 25 at The Fillmore Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
