Boogie Fland is a guard for Arkansas Razorbacks, a team that competes in the Southeastern Conference of Division I. The American college basketball player is a freshman as of March 2025 according to the Arkansas Razorbacks website. Fland attended Archbishop Stepinac High School. During his prep days, he was honored with several awards including McDonald's All-American, Jordan Brand Classic, USA Basketball Nike Hoop Summit and USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Select Team in 2024, as per his college roster. Additionally, he was also named as an honorable mention for the Jersey Mike’s Naismith Trophy High School All-America. He was voted Mr. New York Basketball by the Basketball Coaches Association of New York. During his senior year, he also won the New York MaxPreps High School Boys Basketball Player of the Year and the New York Sports Writers Association AAA Player of the Year, as per his college roster.

Fland finished his high school career averaging 19.3 points and 6.6 rebounds per contest. As a sophomore, he helped Stepinac to successively win the CHSAA Championships and reached a state championship final. He was recognized as the CHSAA AA MVP and lohud Westchester/Putnam Boys Basketball Player of the Year in the 2024 season, according to his roster on the Arkansas Razorbacks website. While he was in his junior year, Fland registered 18.11 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists with 2.0 steals per contest. He was selected for the USA Basketball National Team in 2024. Additionally, he led the USA Basketball U17 National team to a gold medal at the 2022 FIBA U17 World Cup, as per his college roster.
