While he was in his junior year, Fland registered 18.11 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists with 2.0 steals per contest. He was selected for the USA Basketball National Team in 2024. Additionally, he led the USA Basketball U17 National team to a gold medal at the 2022 FIBA U17 World Cup, as per his college roster.
