American college women's basketball player Last-Tear Poa is a guard for LSU Tigers, a team which competes in the NCAA and Southeastern Conference. She is a senior as of February 2025. She also played for Northwest Florida State College according to her roster profile on the LSU Tigers website data. As a sophomore in the 2022-23 season, Poa attended 36 games for the Tigers and started two of them. She also recorded three pointers overall and two of them were registered in the National Championship game. Following her commitment to play for the Tigers, she became the seventh player from Australia to play in the history of the program.

While she was in her junior year in the 2023-24 season, Poa started 10 games and averaged 4.9 points and 3.0 assists per game. She also recorded three double-figures in three games which also includes her career-high 14 points which she scored in the SEC Tournament against Auburn. In the championship season, Poa played for 40 minutes and averaged 23.0 points along with recording 44.9 per cent shooting from the field and 43.5 per cent from beyond the arc. In the 2021-22 season, she averaged 14.7 points and 4.0 rebounds per game and was awarded the FCSAA Player of the Year for her performance.
