That season, Zeigler averaged 20.0 points and 4.6 assists per game. He played AAU basketball for the New York Lightning in the EYBL Circuit, where Zeigler was teammates with Tobe Awaka. He made a record in the 2021 Peach Jam, averaging 15.3 points and 5.5 assists per game while shooting 50.0% from the three-point range.
