The Texas Tech Red Raiders hope to defeat the No. 21 Colorado Buffaloes at home in Week 11. Texas Tech is coming off a 23-22 victory over the then-No. 11 Iowa State Cyclones on Saturday.

The win made the Red Raiders (6-3, 4-2 Big 12) bowl-eligible and provided confidence to beat the Buffaloes (6-2, 4-1) on Saturday.

Here are three players that Texas Tech will have available who can be a threat to Colorado coach Deion Sanders' team.

#1, Behren Morton, quarterback

Red Raiders quarterback Behren Morton could be crucial in Saturday's contest. He is having his best year as a junior, with 2,300 yards and 19 touchdowns passing. Morton's stats are an improvement from last year when he threw for 1,498 yards and 12 touchdowns.

On Saturday, he had two touchdowns and helped Texas Tech score in the final minutes against Iowa State (7-1, 4-1). Morton showed composure and moved the chains to get to the Cyclones' 1-yard line. Although Morton wasn't responsible for the game-winning touchdown, his passing ability put the team in the position for running back Tahj Brooks to score.

The Buffaloes have scored over 30 points in five games this season. To outscore Colorado, Texas Tech will need Morton to put it in position to get touchdowns.

#2, Tahj Brooks, running back

Brooks is another key player in Texas Tech's offense. The running back has 204 carries for 1,047 yards and 10 touchdowns this season. While Morton has done well as the starting quarterback, Brooks's running ability helps take some pressure off him.

Morton will need to throw efficiently against the Buffaloes to stay competitive. The task could be difficult against the defense, including throwing near Buffaloes cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter. Brooks' ability to run the ball will help Morton from committing turnovers.

#3, Jacob Rodriguez, linebacker

Texas Tech linebacker Jacob Rodriguez can also threaten the Buffaloes. The Red Raiders will need his help to limit their opponent from outscoring them. Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders is a vital part of the team's success but can be thrown off his game if the defense can get to him. Rodriguez is one of Texas Tech's best options to sack Shedeur.

The linebacker enters Week 11 with 48 solo tackles and three sacks. Rodriguez's ability to go after the quarterback could also open opportunities for other players to get a sack or disrupt Colorado's offense from gaining momentum.

Although it may be difficult, Texas Tech has the players to stun Coach Prime's team on Saturday.
