If you're a serious player in EA Sports' College Football 25, you've at least dabbled in Dynasty Mode. The chance to build up a career and a legacy in a 30-year run is a massive attraction for many gamers. But what's the best path to glory?

Here are a few tips to help win championships in College Football 25 Dynasty Mode.

5 strategies for winning titles in Dynasty Mode in College Football 25

#1. Pick a good school

Sure, it's an obvious fact. But there's enough difficulty in the game inherently without trying to make your mark at Kennesaw State or Louisiana-Monroe. I mean, if your mark is trying to win eight or nine games and make a bowl, it's viable. And if you're a brilliant and determined player (and are playing on a low level of difficulty), it's possible.

But for the more casual player, pick at least a decent team. Getting Tennessee to the top of the SEC? Might take some work, but it can be done. Getting Vanderbilt there? Only if you know exactly what you're getting yourself in for. The right team is key.

#2. Use an offense that will emphasize strengths for lots of players

While gimmick and fun styles of play like the air raid and the triple option might be fun for a game or even a season, over the long haul a more versatile offensive attack is key. A more pro-style or spread attack will help you find more personnel who will fit your scheme and help your team weather transitions between seasons of the game.

#3. Recruit thoughtfully

Much of recruiting in College Football 25 is knowing when to go all in on a recruit. Know your system, know your geographic pipelines, and take cues from player fits. While going after a five-star recruit is glamorous, signing three-star and four-star recruits who you can develop is probably the better strategy.

While making a splash with one player is tempting, it's more important to be smart than risky on the recruiting trail.

#4. Choose good coordinators

In the same way that you need to be aware of players who are good fits, you also need to hire excellent offensive and defensive coordinators. The coordinators can impact recruiting, player development, and your general ability to effectively function as a team. They do matter. Choose them wisely.

#5. Have a basic scheme, but play unpredictably

Whether competing with the computer AI or against online opponents in College Football 25, many gamers will find expectations of uneven play. Confound the odds. Throw safe passes on running downs. Run draw and trap plays on what would otherwise be passing downs. Keep a bend-but-don't-break mentality on defense, but don't be afraid to blitz at unusual times.

So much of the success in EA Sports College Football 25 comes from not being afraid to do conventional things at unconventional times. Be a solid football team, but also with a little bit of manic energy in your game plan.
