5 tips to use Team Builder in EA Sports College Football 25
#1 Custom images
When players begin creating their own custom school, they will first be prompted to select a logo. This includes selecting a primary, secondary, and tertiary logo to truly make a unique school.
Players can select an included generic logo and customize the colors to their liking. The other option is to upload their own custom logos. A custom logo truly allows players' imaginations to run wild and gives them full customization over how they want their school to look.
#2 Uniform brands and customization
Part of using Team Builder in EA Sports College Football 25 includes choosing which brand represents the team. Uniform brands players can choose from include Nike, Adidas, or Under Armour. These brands impact the type of equipment that players can wear on the field, the stitch patterns on pants and jerseys, and the name and number fonts.
The uniform creator aspect of Team Builder also allows players to customize five different uniform presets, including the ability to create five different helmets, jerseys, pants, and socks.
Once the team is downloaded into the game, players can mix and match these parts of the uniform, allowing for 625 different uniform combinations.
#3 Stadium customization
Team Builder in EA Sports College Football 25 won't allow players to fully build their own stadium from the ground up, but users can select one of the 134 stadium templates that are included in the game and rename it to be their own.
Once a template is picked, players can customize the crowd, surface, logos, endzone, number, sidelines, and benches.
The crowd can be set to wear certain colors in the stands to truly give users control over how the fanbase represents their custom school. The field surface can be either grass or turf and can be changed to any color. Generic or custom logos can be added at midfield and the 25 or 20-yard lines, or anywhere on the field, with up to five custom layers.
The endzone patterns and colors can be selected from existing designs, or players can add custom layers and create their own unique endzone look. The field number fonts, position, frequency, arrow position, color, and outline are all fully customizable, and players can even choose to add colors to the 20 and 50 yard lines or goal lines.
The sidelines and bench can also be recolored to add one final unique touch to the custom team's stadium.
#4 Customizing players
Team Builder includes the ability for users to edit what type of players will be on their created team's roster. Seven generic roster types can fit the playstyle of different playbooks that users can choose to use for their school.
While building their roster, users can edit a player's number, dominant hand, height, weight, and skill ratings. This will allow creators to truly make a custom team of their own and build their roster exactly the way they want it.
#5 Importing into Dynasty Mode
Dynasty Mode is among the top modes making a return in EA Sports College Football 25. Team Builder includes the ability for players to import their custom team into Dynasty Mode and turn their program into a national powerhouse.
Importing a custom team from Team Builder is only available in a private cloud Dynasty, but users can only add a maximum of 16 teams per Dynasty. The commissioner of the Dynasty is the only person who can add custom teams, and it must be done before the start of the season to replace an existing program.
