In Week 5, Colorado takes its 3-1 mark to UCF. The Knights sport a 3-0 mark and an explosive offense. They are 14.5 point favorites over the Buffaloes. Here are seven of the Knights players who are most dangerous to Coach Prime and his Colorado squad.

#7. Daylan Dotson, DL

A 6-foot-3 senior who has transferred from UT-Martin, Dotson has been a significant pickup for the Knights. Dotson has eight tackles and three tackles for loss on the season. Against a Colorado team that has allowed 29 tackles for loss, Dotson could make a massive impact.

#6. Lee Hunter, DL

Likewise, 320 pound lane clogger Hunter is a significant standout. He has just five tackles and one tackle for loss, but Hunter managed 69 tackles and 11 tackles for loss in 2023. Colorado has by far the weakest running attack in the Big 12, at just 68.8 yards per game and 2.6 yards per carry. Hunter can help keep the Buffs one-dimensional.

#5. Amari Kight, OT

Kight is a massive 6-foot-7, 318 pound junior tackle. He'll protect the edge for the Knights. UCF has allowed just three QB sacks this year, one of the best marks in the Big 12, while Colorado has allowed 16 sacks, dead last in the Big 12. Kight's impact on helping to outscore Colorado will be massive for UCF.

#4. Deshawn Pace, LB

A 6-foot-2 linebacker who transferred from Cincinnati, Pace has been an immediate impact player. He leads UCF in tackles with 19 stops. Colorado's offense is well-known, but is actually 15th in the Big 12 in scoring. Pace is an essential part in UCF's ability to not be outscored by the Buffs.

#3. Kobe Hudson, WR

The 6-foot-1 Hudson had a big season in 2023, with 900 receiving yards. He's the top pass target for the Knights, with 13 catches for 310 yards and two touchdowns. Hudson's 23.9 yards per catch demonstrates his particular big play ability. Colorado is 12th in the Big 12 in pass defense efficiency and Hudson thus has an excellent opportunity to shine against the Buffs.

#2. RJ Harvey, RB

Despite having played a game less than much of the Big 12 due to an off week, Harvey is second in the conference in rushing, with 448 yards on the ground. The 5-foot-8 running back also has a conference best eight touchdowns and has gained 7.6 yards per carry. In three games, Harvey has rushed for 142, 126 and 180 yards, respectively. He'll be a featured star on Saturday.

#1. KJ Jefferson, QB

The former Arkansas quarterback is no stranger to big games. Jefferson is completing 63 percent of his passes for the Knights and has managed to gain an impressive 11.0 yards per throw. He has five touchdown passes against a single interception.

Jefferson has added another 135 yards and a touchdown on the ground. He can make plays in either face of football, and will doubtlessly be a handful for Colorado to stop.
