Aireontae Ersery is an offensive lineman for the Minnesota Golden Gophers football, as of 2024. Ersery kickstarted his football career at Ruskin High School, where he played both, as an offensive tackle and defensive end. Besides football, he also competed in shot put, discus, and javelin. He was a consensus three-star recruit and was rated the No. 18 prospect in the state of Missouri by 247Sports.
He enrolled with the Minnesota Golden Gophers to begin his collegiate football career in 2020. Ersery made one start in two games of his first two collegiate football seasons in 2020 and 2021. In 2022, the offensive tackle played as a starter in all 13 games for the Gophers, earning honorable mention all Big-10. In the 2023 season, Aireontae Ersery played left tackle for the Gophers and was a starter in all 13 games. There, he was named in the Second-team All-Big Ten. Throughout the 2024 season, Aireontae Ersery played in 12 games and secured the prestigious titles of Big Ten Rimington-Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year and First-team All-Big Ten for 2024.
