TIde coach Kalen DeBoer has a big recruiting weekend ahead.

As Kalen DeBoer moves deeper into his role as Alabama's head coach following Nick Saban, he's seeking to make his mark. One area where Saban was almost otherworldly was recruiting. DeBoer has recruited well at Washington, but in moving to the SEC, he has to make his mark.

According to a report from @AndrewJBone of On3sports, the Tide have a dozen official visitors scheduled that form a veritable who's who of college football recruiting. Here are the dozen prospects who Bone reports will be visiting Alabama this weekend.

Top players scheduled to visit Alabama this weekend

Retired coach Nick Saban was a legendary recruiter and Kalen DeBoer is taking a step to making his own recruiting mark.

1.Justus Terry

A five-star recruit, Terry is a massive defensive tackle (6-foot-5, 275 pounds) who has been playing his high school football in Manchester, Georgia. DeBoer figures to have a battle to get Terry (No. 7 player in the class per On3sports and No. 12 per 247sports) out of Georgia and away from Kirby Smart.

2. Caleb Cunningham

Another five-star target, Cunningham is a 6-foot-1 wide receiver from Mississippi. Cunningham is the No. 15 player nationally per On3sports and is ranked No. 22 overall by 247sports. In this case, Ole Miss' Lane Kiffin would seem to be a substantial competitor.

3. Dijon Lee

A rangy 6-foot-4 corner from California, Lee is a five-star recruit per On3sports (No. 30 overall) or a high four-star from 247sports (No. 40 overall in their rankings). With that much height, it's no wonder DeBoer is intrigued.

4. Derek Meadows

Meadows is a 6-foot-5 receiver going to high school in Las Vegas. His situation is the opposite of Lee's. 247sports calls him a five-star (No. 32 in the nation) while On3Sports has him as a four-star (No. 37 nationally). Meadows just visited LSU.

5. Ty Jackson

A 6-foot-1 linebacker from Florida, Jackson is a four-star recruit (No. 76 from On3sports and No. 195 from 247sports). Jackson recently visited Florida and Billy Napier would probably love to keep him home.

6. Damien Shanklin

A 6-foot-4 edge from Indianapolis, Shanklin is a four-star prospect (No. 48 nationally from 247sports and No. 85 from On3sports). Shanklin recently visited Tennessee and doesn't seem particularly likely to stay home for college.

7. Micah DeBose

An in-state recruit, DeBose is a huge (6-foot-5, 315 pounds) offensive line prospect. A four-star recruit, he's No. 123 in the On3sports rankings and No. 189 in the 247sports rankings. DeBose is coming off a recent visit to Ohio State.

8. Josiah Sharma

Sharma is another massive defensive tackle. A three-star recruit from both On3sports and 247sports, the 6-foot-5, 295-pound Sharma is a California sleeper whose size has doubtlessly attracted Alabama's notice.

9. Floyd Boucard

Boucard is another defensive tackle three-star recruit. He hails from Canada originally and played in Alabama in 2023 before transferring to a Florida school. At 315 pounds, he's another beefy interior line prospect.

The Commits

Three more Alabama visitors are already committed to play for the Tide. Four-star defensive lineman Andrew Coleman and three-star recruits Luke Metz and Abduall Sanders plan to join the group. Sanders and Metz are both slated to play linebacker at Alabama.
