One of college football’s most historic rivalries returns this Saturday as the No. 22 Army Black Knights, fresh from their AAC Championship victory, take on the Navy Midshipmen at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland. Both teams have had impressive seasons, with the Army holding an 11-1 record and Navy finishing at 8-3.
This year’s matchup marks the 125th meeting between these storied programs. Navy holds a slight edge in the all-time series, leading 62-55-7, but the Army has momentum after winning the last two meetings.
The rivalry has seen a resurgence, with both teams starting the season 5-0 for the first time since 1945 and achieving bowl eligibility in the same season for the first time since 2017.
