The 22-year-old was born on February 5, 2002, in Rio Linda, California, and attended high school at Rio Linda. During his junior year in high school, Skattebo recorded 3,550 rushing yards and 42 touchdowns. His performance helped his side win a state championship.
Cameron Skattebo enrolled with the Sacramento State Hornets to begin his college football career.
