Cameron Skattebo is a running back for the Arizona State Sun Devils, as of December 2024. The 22-year-old was born on February 5, 2002, in Rio Linda, California, and attended high school at Rio Linda. During his junior year in high school, Skattebo recorded 3,550 rushing yards and 42 touchdowns. His performance helped his side win a state championship.

Cameron Skattebo enrolled with the Sacramento State Hornets to begin his college football career. During his freshman season in 2021, Skattebo recorded 520 rushing yards and six touchdowns on 57 carries. For his performance that season, Cameron was named third-team all-Big Sky. He was also named an FCS All-American.

Skattebo decided to enter the NCAA transfer portal and moved to the Arizona State Sun Devils in 2023. He is 9th among all active FBS AND FCS running backs with 3,755 career rushing yards. Even though he missed a game in the 2024 season, Cameron is 11th in the FBS with 1,074 yards rushing, 9th at 119.3 rushing yards per game. He is third in the FBS in all-purpose yards per game at 169.1.
