It was announced earlier today that Georgia Bulldogs quarterback Carson Beck has officially declared for the 2025 NFL draft after suffering a season-ending UCL injury. When announcing his decision and thanking the University of Georgia on Instagram, people flooded the comments section to show their appreciation.

One notable person who replied to Beck's post was his girlfriend, senior guard for the Miami Hurricanes women's basketball team, Hanna Cavinder. She simply left a three-word statement to show that she cares.

The two have been officially together since the summer and Carson Beck confirmed the relationship during an ESPN interview ahead of the college football season. The couple has since gone public on Instagram with their relationship.

Where is the best fit for Carson Beck in the 2025 NFL draft?

Carson Beck is an interesting player as the UCL injury is going to set him back in draft preparation. But he has shown a lot of abilities on the field.

During the season, he finished completing 290-of-448 (64.7%) of his passes for 3,485 yards with 28 passing touchdowns to 12 interceptions. Beck is also more of a pocket quarterback as he has tallied 55 rushing attempts for 71 yards (1.3 yards per carry) with a rushing touchdown as well.

The 2025 NFL draft is going to be interesting as there are expected to be a few strong quarterbacks that will declare and be selected early in the draft. The one spot that seems to be the biggest fit for a quarterback of Beck's abilities would be the New York Giants.

However, it would be difficult to expect him to be the first-overall pick, which the team currently holds entering Saturday.

Another team that makes sense would be the Tennessee Titans, who are dealing with quarterback issues between Will Levis and Mason Rudolph this season.

Getting a stable body under center is going to be critical for success and the Titans have enough skill position players to make his transition to the NFL easier. His pocket presence is solid and should be able to help Tennessee in a post-Derrick Henry world for the team.
