Colorado vs Kansas football injury report: List of players injured ft: Omarion Miller, David Abaijan and more ahead of week 13 showdown

The Buffaloes are on a four-game winning streak with an 8-2 (6-1 Big 12) record. Deion Sanders and his team are favorites to compete for the conference title after last season's 4-8 record. On the other hand, the Jayhawks (4-6, 3-4) are still fighting for bowl-eligibility. With just two games remaining in the regular season, this contest against the Buffs will decide how their season ends.

Colorado football's injury report

Omarion Miller

Wide receiver Omarion Miller continues to recover from the season-ending injury he suffered during Colorado's loss to Kansas State last year. He endured a lower leg injury and is expected to sit out the rest of the 2024 campaign to fully recover for next season.

Jimmy Horn Jr.

Jimmy Horn Jr. is listed as questionable ahead of the Buffs' Week 13 showdown against the Kansas Jayhawks. The WR apparently suffered a lower-body injury during their victory against Texas Tech and missed last week's matchup against the Utah Utes.

"Coach Prime" said if Horn can perform during practice, he will get the chance to return for the Buffs.

"Hopefully, Jimmy can work tomorrow or Thursday," Sanders said. "I don't give a darn if Jimmy works Friday. If he showed me he can run, he's gonna play. Just Jimmy's presence out there on the field alone strikes fear in the opposition."

Preston Hodge

Cornerback Preston Hodge also suffered an injury during their showdown against Texas Tech. He is listed as questionable for Colorado's Week 13 game after missing out last week against Utah.

Shane Cokes

Shane Cokes has been a key player for the Buffs on defense this season. He did not suit up for the last two games due to an injury and is listed as questionable for their game against the Kansas Jayhawks.

David Abajian
