Conner Weigman is a college football player, currently playing as a quarterback for Texas A&M University's football program, known as the Texas A&M Aggies. He began his journey with the Aggies as an early enrollee in January 2022. While he initially intended to redshirt his freshman year, Weigman ended up starting Texas A&M's final four games, with 896 passing yards and eight touchdown passes.

Weigman made his collegiate debut at South Carolina, throwing for 91 yards on 8-of-15 passing. He then made his first start against Ole Miss, where he set a new A&M true freshman record with 338 yards, going 28-of-44 and connecting on four touchdown passes. Entering his sophomore season, Weigman was named the starting quarterback after competing with Max Johnson during preseason training camp.

Unfortunately, in 2023 he suffered a season-ending foot injury after starting the first four games of the season. Weigman's impressive performance on the field has solidified his position as a valuable player for the Texas A&M Aggies.

This performance earned him the starting quarterback position during his sophomore season.

As a senior, he continued to perform, passing for 2,588 yards and 29 touchdowns while showcasing his versatility by rushing for 754 yards and nine touchdowns. Because of his achievements on the field he was honored with the Offensive Player of the Year award by the Houston Touchdown Club and was named the National High School Quarterback of the Year by the National Quarterback Club.

He also garnered a five-star recruit rating pertaining to his performance, which led him to commit to playing college football at Texas A&M. Although he was also a highly regarded baseball prospect in Texas and announced his intention to play for the Texas A&M Aggies baseball team as a shortstop, he ultimately chose to focus on football and joined the Texas A&M Aggies football team. He withdrew his name from the 2022 Major League Baseball draft to pursue his football career full-time.
