He was credited with 58 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, four interceptions, and two sacks which earned him an All-Big 12 Honouree for the second consecutive season. Last season, Green started only the first three games before he suffered a pectoral injury which ruled him out for the remainder of the campaign. Following the conclusion of the 2023 season, Green decided to enter the 2024 NFL Draft instead of applying for a seventh season of college football.
