College football's Week 3 slate is set to kick off at noon EST with a solid schedule. With 13 games on today's (Sept. 14) slate, eight of which are AP Top 25 teams, some notable DraftKings fantasy picks will be available for the matchups.

Ahead of today's kickoff, here is a complete DraftKings fantasy guide based on matchup, price and value. With no shortage of talent across the board for Week 3's matchups from the 3:30 pm EST slate onward, here are two picks per position, with prices included for your DraftKings lineups.

DFS Picks: Quarterbacks

John Mateer, Washington State Cougars ($8,900)

Entering Week 3, John Mateer has looked like one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in the country, making him an enticing fantasy option week in and week out.

Coming off his 312-yard (197 of which came on the ground), two-touchdown performance versus Eastern Michigan, Mateer will look to carry momentum into Washington State's matchup versus Washington.

In a game with the over/under set at 54.5, Mateer is slated to see another big performance in what could shape up to be one of the highest-scoring games of Week 3.

Garrett Greene, West Virginia Mountaineers ($7,800)

Though West Virginia hasn't yet lived up to the aggressive playoff billing Pat McAfee placed on them, the Mountaineers enjoyed a nice bounce-back performance from Garrett Greene in Week 2 following the team's Week 1 blowout loss against Penn State.

In Week 2, Greene racked up 236 passing yards, 68 rushing yards and four touchdowns (three passing and one rushing).

Entering West Virginia's "Backyard Brawl," Greene is expected to carry momentum from last week to post another electric performance in a game with an over/under of 63.5.

DFS: Running Backs

Jonah Coleman, Washington Huskies ($6,800)

Through two games this season, Jonah Coleman has looked the part of an ideal fantasy running back.

In Weeks 1 and 2, Coleman notched a combined 27 carries for 231 yards and three touchdowns. Along with being a strong threat as a runner, Coleman has shown some volume as a pass-catcher, with six catches for 48 yards on the season.

Picking Mateer and Coleman will make the Washington-Washington State matchup one to keep an eye on.

Desmond Reid, Pitt Panthers ($6,400)

There may not be a better "bang-for-buck" pick on this list than Desmond Reid. Coming off a Week 2 performance with 148 rushing yards, 106 receiving yards and one touchdown reception, Pitt's budding star will look to replicate this performance in a favorable game environment versus WVU.

As previously mentioned, Pitt's matchup versus the Mountaineers is slated to be one of the highest-scoring games of Week 3.

In an explosive offense playing a suspect West Virginia defense, Reid should prove to be a low-risk, high-reward pick for the second straight week.

DFS Picks: Wide Receivers

Jimmy Horn Jr., Colorado Buffaloes ($7,500)

While he may not have boasted the performance he displayed in Week 1, Jimmy Horn is slated to bounce back with a strong Week 3 performance versus Colorado State.

After starting the season strongly with a seven-catch, 198-yard performance with a score versus North Dakota State, many expected Horn to carry that momentum into Week 2.

Though his three catches for 26 yards were underwhelming, Horn was playing in a Colorado offense that mustered just 10 points in a blowout loss. In a more favorable matchup versus Colorado State that will see the Buffaloes bounce back offensively, Horn is likely to look more like his Week 1 self.

Tai Felton, Maryland Terrapins ($6,500)

After two weeks, the Maryland Terrapins have seemingly struck gold with another star wide receiver. After a solid seven-catch, 178-yard, two-touchdown performance in Maryland's opener, many questioned if Tai Felton could replicate his performance versus a Big Ten opponent.

Felton answered the call in a big way, with hefty volume and exciting efficiency, recording 11 catches for 152 yards and a touchdown versus Michigan State.

In a matchup that should see no shortage of offense, Felton is expected to continue his strong start to the season — and for a criminally cheap price on DraftKings.

DFS Picks: Tight Ends

Mitchell Evans, Notre Dame ($5,400)

Notre Dame's star tight end hasn't gotten off to the start he imagined after posting 29 receptions for 422 yards and a touchdown last season. After Notre Dame's upset loss last week, it remains within reason that Fighting Irish quarterback Riley Leonard will adjust and find his safety valve to establish a rhythm.

Coming off their loss to NIU, where Leonard struggled to get into his groove, Notre Dame's big tight end is expected to see an increase in targets to help his quarterback get his timing down in a crucial matchup versus Purdue.

Gunnar Helm, Texas Longhorns ($4,500)

In a polar-opposite situation from Evans and Notre Dame, Gunnar Helm has impressed in Texas' first two games, leading the team in receiving yards (140) with only nine catches.

While normally tight ends are valued for their volume, Helm has shown the ability to create big plays despite limited targets, averaging 15.6 yards per reception so far this season.

Coming off his Week 2 performance where he looked like Quinn Ewers' top option, expect Helm to continue to build strong chemistry with his quarterback. Another big performance from Helm seems a strong possibility versus a lowly UTSA squad.
