Anticipation is at an all-time high for EA College Football 25 as EA Sports released the reveal trailer for the game on Friday morning. Along with the trailer, EA Sports posted their first inside look at the game and the features included.
With the release date of July 19, fans are just over two months away from being able to get their hands on the game. Here is a look at the reveal trailer and eight interesting things that EA confirmed will be in the newest installment of the NCAA football game.
8 cool features included in EA College Football 25
#1. 32-user online dynasty
EA Sports has confirmed that players can compete against each other in a 32-player online dynasty. Dynasty mode will allow players to take over a college football program and have the ability to control the coaching staff and recruit players from high school or the transfer portal.
This also confirms that Dynasty Mode will include the transfer portal, which is one of the biggest changes to college football recruiting since it launched in 2018.
#2. Team Builder is back
One of the most popular features from past college football games, Team Builder, will once again be back in EA College Football 25. This mode allows players to create their own college football program and was first introduced in NCAA Football 10.
Players can upload a custom logo and customize their created program uniforms, helmets and fields using the Team Builder website. Players can also download designs that have been uploaded by the community and use the created teams for offline play or in private dynasty modes.
EA has announced that more information about the team builder feature will be released later this summer.
#3. Wear & tear system
EA College Football 25 will include a wear & tear system meaning players will fatigue as the game goes on. Players must account for the hits each player takes and institute the necessary substitutions to avoid injuries and on-field mistakes.
#4. Road to the College Football Playoff
Road to the College Football Playoff is a new online competitive mode debuting in EA College Football 25. This mode will allow players to select a school of their choice and use that program to rank up by defeating other users and leveling up divisions. If a player earns enough wins, they can make the playoffs and earn their chance at winning the National Championship.
#5. New equipment
The reveal trailer for EA College Football 25 includes shots of rolled-up, crop top-style jerseys and pants that go above players' knees. This is refreshing to see in a football game due to the NFL's strict uniform policies.

#7. No mascot mode announcement
A fan favorite from the EA Sports college football games is the mascot mode, which allows users to play an 11-on-11 game using the team mascots as players on the field.
This mode has yet to be confirmed or denied by EA Sports to appear in EA College Football 25, which has left fans of the game mode disappointed.
#8. Abilities and X-factors not mentioned by EA Sports
Fans of the EA Sports Madden NFL series are familiar with the abilities and X-factor features. This feature gives certain higher-rated players unique traits that match their real-life abilities, giving them an advantage in games.
