Elijah Sarratt is a college football wide receiver for the Indiana Hoosiers, as of 2024. Elijah Sarratt previously played for the Saint Francis Red Flash and the James Madison Dukes. Sarratt attended Saint Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland. He transferred from Colonial Forge High School to Saint Frances before his senior year and enrolled at Saint Francis University to play college football.
In high school, he received multiple awards, including defensive back, kick returner, punt returner, and All-State defensive back and All-Region receiver for 2019. He was selected as an All-District receiver, kick returner, punt returner, and defensive back in 2019.
Sarratt caught 42 receptions for 700 yards and 13 touchdowns in his first year at Saint Francis. He entered the transfer portal after the season's conclusion. Sarratt transferred to James Madison University and became James Madison Duke's leading receiver. After finishing his sophomore season with 82 receptions for 1,191 yards and nine touchdowns in total, he was chosen for the first-team All-Sun Belt.
Following the conclusion of the season, Sarratt entered the transfer portal a second time. On January 4, 2024, Sarratt announced his move to Indiana University Bloomington to play for the Indiana Hoosiers.
