Hailing from Pike Road, Alabama, United States, Quinshon Judkins developed his football skills at Pike Road High School., quickly becoming a three-star recruit in the press. Despite getting the chance to play for the Auburn Tigers and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, he chose the Ole Miss Rebels as his college football team.

Throughout Quinshon Judkins's first two seasons with the Ole Miss Rebels, he displayed good IQ about the field through his versatile catch-and-run situations. Moreover, Judkins is also very quick on his feet and patient enough to make the right decisions at the right time during his games. He has been the SEC Freshman of the Year and the Conerly Trophy winner in 2022 and a two-time first-team All-SEC member in both 2022 and 2023.
