Hunter Wohler is an American safety who played his senior season of college football with the Wisconsin Badgers in 2024. Hunter Wohler attended Muskego High School, where he was a two-time winner of the Associated Press and Wisconsin Player of the Year award. He was also honored with the 2021 Wisconsin Gatorade Player of the Year award. The four-star from Muskego was ranked the No.2 player in the state of Wisconsin and the 197th overall recruit in the class of 2021. Wohler concluded his high school career with 355 tackles and nine interceptions and won the Jim Leonhard Award in his final year at Muskego High.
Hunter Wohler began his collegiate football journey with Wisconsin over offers from Georgia Tech, Iowa, Iowa State, Michigan, Minnesota, Notre Dame, Stanford, and Northwestern, among others. In his true freshman year, Wohler had a breakout campaign and saw action in all 13 games, recording 17 tackles, three tackles for loss, and a sack. The following year, as a sophomore, Wohler managed to appear in six games despite suffering an injury in his left leg. In his junior season, Wohler led the Big Ten conference with 120 total tackles, six pass breakups, and one sack. Following his senior year, Wohler decided to enter the 2025 NFL Draft.
