Iowa State vs Miami opt-outs and injury report: Top players not participating in Pop-Tarts Bowl

The Pop-Tarts Bowl will kick off on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. EST. It will feature two ranked teams in the No. 13-ranked Miami Hurricanes and No. 18-ranked Iowa State Cyclones. Although it should be an exciting matchup, neither team will be at full strength because of opt-outs and injuries.
