With the opening in Tuscaloosa after coach Nick Saban announced his retirement, Deion Sanders has been of the prominent candidates being speculated.
Deion Sanders is the coach of the Colorado Buffaloes. He's a major name being associated with one of, if not, the biggest brands in college football.
The two coaches have a relationship, doing multiple commercials together, but could they add the same employer as a similarity as well?

Is Deion Sanders going to Alabama?
The thought process is that Deion Sanders is not going to be the next coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Coach Prime seems very secure in his position as he prepares for his second season as the coach of the Colorado Buffaloes.
He has been stocking up in the high school recruiting class, signing the top offensive lineman prospect and has even been recruiting on social media for Crimson Tide players to join him in Boulder.
That would not make sense if Deion Sanders was attempting to join the Roll Tide. The Alabama Crimson Tide players have a new 30-day transfer portal window to potentially leave the program.
It will be interesting to see who gets the job as the new Alabama coach and how the current players respond. At this point, it's likely not Sanders, though.
Who are the top candidates to replace Nick Saban?
At this point, it feels like only one person is going to be the main candidate for the job: Washington Huskies coach Kalen DeBoer.
We have seen public announcements by Texas' Steve Sarkisian, Oregon's Dan Lanning and Florida State's Mike Norvell that they will not be the new Alabama coach, but nothing has come out of the mouth of DeBoer.
Instead, all we have is speculation. The Seattle-based radio station 93.3 KJR, the radio home of the Washington Huskies, were scheduled to have an interview with coach DeBoer on Friday.
However, the radio station posted that the interview was delayed and will be rescheduled, leading to speculation that DeBoer is heading to Tuscaloosa.
If not DeBoer, the Crimson Tide would have to explore other options, as it seems like one of the most significant dominoes to fall.
It feels as if it's Kalen DeBoer's job if he wants it, and he hasn't said no to it yet.
