Kalen DeBoer's Alabama Crimson Tide look set to play Kadyn Proctor in Week 3. The No. 4 school in the nation faces the Wisconsin Badgers this weekend and this week, DeBoer gave an encouraging update about Proctor's status:

"He's been practicing. He's doing well. Doing a good job. Really was headed in a really good direction right at the very end of last week. Turned the corner, I think, there. Is in a good spot here. Done a nice job here in the first two days of practice."

Kadyn Proctor is in his second season in college football, having earned All-SEC Freshman honors in his first. During the off-season in January, he transferred out of Alabama to Iowa following Nick Saban's retirement. However, Kalen DeBoer seems to have won his trust as when the portal reopened in April, Proctor transferred back to Alabama.
