Jaxson Dart is one of the most highly-rated quarterbacks of American college football who has entered his senior year with Ole Miss Rebels. Dart started playing high school football at Roy High School before transferring to Corner Canyon High School where he won the Gatorade National Football Player of the Year in 2020. Dart was a relatively unknown player during the first three years of high school but things worked out for the better once he joined Corner Canyon. In his senior season, he passed for a national-best 4,691 yards and a state record of 67 touchdowns leading the program to a state championship in 2020.
The four-star recruit from Kaysville graduated school early and committed to USC for college football. In his sole season with the Trojans, Dart saw action in six games with three starts and threw for 1,353 yards with nine touchdowns and five interceptions. The following year, Dart transferred to Ole Miss Rebels with three years of eligibility remaining. In 2022 as a sophomore, Dart started 12 out of 13 games and recorded 2,974 passing yards, 20 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions while also rushing for 614 yards on 128 carries. Last season, Dart was a crucial part of the Rebels as he threw for 3,364 passing yards, 23 touchdowns coupled with five interceptions.
