Jeffrey Michael Monken is an American college football coach, currently serving as the head football coach at the United States Military Academy since 2014. Before this, he was the head coach at Georgia Southern University from 2010 to 2013. Monken's coaching career began as a graduate assistant at Hawaii, where he worked under Paul Johnson. He went on to coach at Arizona State, Buffalo, and later under Johnson at Georgia Southern, Navy, and Georgia Tech.

Monken's head coaching career started in 2009 at Georgia Southern, where he led the team to notable achievements, including Southern Conference championships and FCS playoff appearances. In 2013, he became the head coach of the Army Black Knights. Though his early years at the Army saw slow progress, by 2018, he led the team to three consecutive bowl games. He also led them to a 10-win season, and their first-ever 11-win season, earning multiple coaching awards.
