John Curry is an American college football player who redshirted his freshman season with Texas Tech last year. Curry started his football career at Coronado High School where he was a three-year letterwinner and led the Mustangs to three district championships. He was a standout baseball player at Coronado and earned first-team All-District Honours. As a senior, Curry recorded 119 tackles including 11 tackles for loss and seven sacks.
