Julian Fleming is in his senior year of college at Pennsylvania State University and plays as a quarterback for the Penn State Nittany Lions. He was the nation’s No.4 overall recruit in the class of 2020. Fleming transferred to Penn State in early 2024 from the Ohio State Buckeyes, where he was enrolled in 2020. As of the 2024 Nittany Lions roster, he is the oldest player in the wide receiver position and the only player to have played in the College Football Playoffs.
